We are taking additional precautions due to the Corona virus and wanted to share some of the actions we are taking prior to your visit.
As we always have, we will wash our hands when you are in the studio, and wear a mask throughout your appointment. In addition, we are booking additional time in between every client to sanitize the studio even more thoroughly, including all door handles, faucets, and other surfaces.
1. Please take a couple minutes to go through the BC COVID-19 SELF ASSESSMENT TOOL developed by the BC Ministry of Health prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule, please just let us know with as much notice as possible. We are waiving all late cancellation fees if you are not feeling well and you need to reschedule your appointment:https://bc.thrive.health/covid19/en
2. When you arrive, you will be invited to sanitize your hands. We'll be providing you with a face mask and hand sanitizer to use and take home as well.
3. Please arrive at your appointment right on time - and by yourself. Guests - and even your family members - will not be able to be in the room. Only one client is allowed in the space at any given time. If you arrive early, please wait in your car and text us at 604-809-6183. We are carefully sanitizing the studio in between every client - and we'll let you know as soon as we're ready for you.
